For years Andy and Derek created and built things for their own homes and friends, but finally decided to venture out and started sharing their talents with the rest of the world.

Andy is a retired firefighter. He enjoys spending time with his 4 kids and 2 grandkids, especially his favorite son, Derek. I bet you can guess who wrote this...

Derek graduated from Iowa State University in 2013 and has a Bachelors degree in Engineering. From a young age, he enjoyed creating and building different things. His love of woodworking comes from spending time and working with his father, Andy. When he is not working, he spends his time chasing his two young kids and wonderful wife, Riley.
